The vault contract
BLCKLDGR holds the vault contract and administers it. The merchant's card data remains the merchant's.
BLCKLDGR is a trading name. These terms govern the public site and services described here.
By using this site or engaging BLCKLDGR, you agree to use the services lawfully and provide accurate information needed to assess, quote and operate the requested work.
Migration, payment, supply and managed work is scoped separately. A diagnostic does not create an obligation to proceed. Commercial terms are provided only in the applicable written scope.
Platform access may be subject to qualification, tier limits and separate subscription terms. An application does not guarantee access.
Services may change where providers, networks, law or operating conditions require it. Termination does not remove the payment data access and export rights stated below.
Payment holds, freezes, provider outages and platform changes remain possible. The operating objective is that no single freeze takes the business down.
BLCKLDGR may collect information you submit, site usage data and the operating records required to perform a diagnostic or engagement. This can include processing statements, product cost information and read-only system data when you choose to provide it.
Information may be shared with providers required to deliver the agreed service. Raw card numbers never touch BLCKLDGR systems.
Information is retained only as needed for the operating purpose, contractual record and applicable obligations. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be made through the contact channel used for the engagement.
You may not use BLCKLDGR services to facilitate unlawful trade, fraud, sanctions evasion, deceptive marketing, prohibited products, abuse of payment networks or unauthorized access to systems or data.
You may not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass access controls, extract confidential operating material or use the platform in a way that harms another merchant, provider or customer.
BLCKLDGR holds the vault contract and administers it. The merchant's card data remains the merchant's.
The merchant may direct a full export to any PCI DSS Level 1 provider of their choosing, on 30 days notice, at any time, for no fee. This includes termination and export to a direct competitor of BLCKLDGR.
Add, remove or reweight any connected processor at will.
Access and export rights survive termination, with a named administrative continuity contact.
Raw card numbers never touch BLCKLDGR systems. All card entry runs through the vault provider's hosted fields.
